Shipping Policy
Citron Sews shipping methods are safe, fast, and affordable. I take utmost care in packaging my products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Citron Sews shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the product, and the destination. Citron Sews also offers free shipping for orders above £75.
All orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class or special delivery, depending on which one you choose at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, due to items being made specifically to your measurements, Citron Sews are unable to exchange an item. If your item is delivered and the item its self doesn't fit correctly, then we offer a free alteration service (buyer pays postage). If your item has been damaged prior to delivery, then a full refund will be given upon return of the package. If you are in any need of the services above, then this must be communicated within 48 hours of receiving your item if alteration or refund is to be made.
