Unfortunately, due to items being made specifically to your measurements, we are unable to exchange item. If your item is delivered and the item its self doesn't fit correctly, then we offer a free alteration service (buyer pays postage). If your item has been damaged prior to delivery, then a full refund will be given upon return of the package. If you are in any need of any of the services above, then this must be communicated within 48 hours of receiving your item if alteration or refund is to be made.

All items are sent with Royal Mail. They are sent with either 1st class, 2nd class or special delivery, depending on which one you choose on checkout.
